Who we are

Your Branding Agency Custodians

For numerous and many, a brand is defined just as a name, a term, a design, a symbol or may be just another feature which a consumer can identify with. For some it is also a trait or a good/service that is the brand’s unique selling proposition. However, at Decode Mediacom we believe in curating brands that infuse life into an entity. We believe in designing the emotions that the brand name evokes.

It is indeed disappointing that most people working in the industry mistake a brand merely for its external frills. And more disheartening is the fact that the mere expressions of a brand, such as logos and taglines, products and services become the brand in itself.

With our muse residing in Nature and its aesthetics, it comes naturally to us to establish/build brands as experiences rather than just entities. Interactions with the consumers as well as reinforcement of their beliefs in the brand at every instance is the ultimate act of branding that we as an agency resonate.

At Decode Mediacom, our primary objective is laying a strong foundation that helps brands in becoming the Sun around which the consumers as planets revolve around. From the day we join hands, we embark on a journey of unravelling the brand’s potential to the world and demonstrate the same in our different modes of communication. We help the brands uncover their uniqueness, set them apart from contemporaries and help them define themselves. And this is what we are all about.

What We Do Good

Transaction

Advertising Agency

In this era of ever-increasing competition, consistency is a key that is highly undervalued. For brands, partnering with an organization that transacts within the range of predefined modes of operation helps them maintain consistency and achieve their targets. Brand building or brand positioning at this stage is what works wonders. We Decoders assist in building/sustaining a brand’s identity and help them stand ahead of their competitors.

Transition

Creative Designing Agency

While we Decoders highly value consistency and sustainability, we also believe that brands, from time to time, need an external force to work as a catalyst to propel them towards a bigger orbit that promises growth and expansion. These timely interventions prevent brands from stagnating, facilitates growth hacking and helps them seamlessly transition into bigger and better brands.

Transformation

Advertising Agency

Though we firmly believe that a few short leaps, in cumulation, equal the results of a bigger transition, we also believe that timely major shifts are required for a brand to revamp its identity. Restructuring internal organisational structuring also goes a long way in accomplishing this. But more importantly, such shifts realign a brand’s philosophy so as to keep it relevant in the contemporary times. Brands that have enjoyed a fair measure of success in their lifetime’s particularly need such shifts. This calls for, and deserves, the involvement of professional strategists. We, at Decode, take pride in fulfilling such roles that transform brands’ identities.

COMMUNICATING FOR SAFETY PROCESS CHANGE INITIATIVES

At Adani Power, a change management endeavor called CHETNA was initiated. This was to bring about a change in the attitude of the personnel so that safety is prioritized at the workspace and to help employees adopt better safety measures. The entire internal communication related to the project was entrusted to Decode Mediacom. For this, we developed several infographic videos and a range of literature that included e-mailers, surveys, a feedback chain, and other such deliverables. At the end of a year and a half, our work had brought about a visible change in the conduct of the employees at Adani Power, who better understood the safety measures and practiced caution.
