Job Description for Admin Accountant

We are seeking an admin accountant to review and reconcile accounts, processing payments to external partners, and take care of salaried accounts also. You should be able to maintain and update records of invoices and receipts. As an admin accountant at Decode Mediacom, your:

Responsibilities

• Preparing and handling all invoices on Tally
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Manage internal accounting databases/spreadsheets and take care of banking
• To manage accurate documentation and financial aspects like billings, budgets, information, records, etc.
• Responsible for receiving and verifying bills and requisitions for goods and services.
• Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.
• Reconcile financial statements and submit tax forms
• Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
• Process general administration functions.

Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com/M.Com can apply
• 1-3 years of experience as Admin and Accountant
• Hands-on experience with accounting on Tally and computing
• Billing, filing, and maintaining records using MS Office
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Good data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
