When the nation was under the grip of Covid-19, governments used all their resources in to set up temporary covid-19 centres. Yet, as the cases rose and the corona crisis expanded, the need for additional resources arose. At such time, understanding the need of an hour, Adani Group, in a span of four days, engaged all its resources to open a temporary Covid Care Center at Adani Vidya Mandir for Covid-19 patients.

At the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government of Gujarat, in collaboration with DRDO, had established a temporary Dhanvantri Hospital at Gujarat University Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The hospital was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and proper sanitation. In addition, the authorities introduced the Covid-Sathi service for isolated patients to converse with their relatives through a video call. Decode Mediacom documented the scenes from the temporary facility and collected patient testimonies to showcase the government’s efforts during the pandemic.
